Ben serves as the section chief of the STAR HCM team. The HCM team is responsible for IT functionality and guidance for all HCM related functions (payroll, benefits, time & labor, and employee self-service) within the PeopleSoft system. Ben brings 15 years of information technology experience to the STAR team. Most of his professional IT career has been focused on PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning, including the areas of business systems support, software development, infrastructure architecture, change management, and security. He is known for excellent customer service, effective collaboration with business partners, and a passion for results. Ben is excited to be part of the STAR team.
