RFP 455-016 for the Department of Justice - Wausau

The State of Wisconsin, on behalf of the Department of Justice - Wausau (DOJ), is seeking proposals to design and construct a new crime laboratory in the greater Wausau area. The crime laboratory must be approximately 28,600 square feet of office and laboratory space, along with 70 on-site parking stalls. RFP 285-031 for the University of Wisconsin-Madison

The State of Wisconsin with the University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking a facility(s) to accommodate a minimum of 1,500 beds - 2,000 beds with support spaces for student resident housing. UW-Madison is seeking proposals for newly constructed student housing at two state-owned sites: 1) Merit Hall located at 919 and 965 West Dayton Street, 2) UW-Madison Parking Lot 45 located on North Mills between Dayton Street and Spring Street, and/or 3) alternate State-owned or privately owned sites within or adjacent to the campus boundary up to 0.25 miles. Proposers may propose a mix of privately owned sites with state-owned sites that could accommodate a development that meets the project needs. The Department of Administration on behalf of the Department of Transportation seeks to solicit proposals for the State to lease approximately 20,400 rentable square feet of office space, along with parking, as further detailed within the RFP.
