RFP 455-016 for the Department of Justice - Wausau
PROPOSALS DUE: All Proposals must be received at DOA no later than 2:00 PM CT on Thursday, July 23, 2026
The State of Wisconsin, on behalf of the Department of Justice - Wausau (DOJ), is seeking proposals to design and construct a new crime laboratory in the greater Wausau area. The crime laboratory must be approximately 28,600 square feet of office and laboratory space, along with 70 on-site parking stalls. RFP 285-031 for the University of Wisconsin-Madison
PROPOSALS DUE: All Proposals must be received at DOA no later than 2:00 PM CT on Thursday, July 16, 2026
The State of Wisconsin with the University of Wisconsin-Madison is seeking a facility(s) to accommodate a minimum of 1,500 beds - 2,000 beds with support spaces for student resident housing. UW-Madison is seeking proposals for newly constructed student housing at two state-owned sites: 1) Merit Hall located at 919 and 965 West Dayton Street, 2) UW-Madison Parking Lot 45 located on North Mills between Dayton Street and Spring Street, and/or 3) alternate State-owned or privately owned sites within or adjacent to the campus boundary up to 0.25 miles. Proposers may propose a mix of privately owned sites with state-owned sites that could accommodate a development that meets the project needs.
