Is it legal to place wagers on March Madness games or participate in March Madness bracket tournaments that charge an entry fee?

No. Sports wagering is illegal in the State of Wisconsin unless offered by a federally-recognized tribe under Compact. Sports wagering is currently legal only within the boundaries of a tribal reservation or at a tribal gaming operation in the State of Wisconsin.
