Parking resources​

Enterprise Parking Application - Used by most employees to apply for parking, join the waitlist, and share a stall.

Alternative Parking Application ​​Form​ - Used to handle exceptions and alternative stall types (i.e. ADA, Carpool, Motorcycles, etc.).

Parking Rules and Regulations​ - Rules and regulations associated with parking in a state lot.

Parking Permit Instructions - Guidance on how parking permits should be displayed and returned.

Exceptions
The following types of employees need to contact their parking coordinator to get added to the waitlist and assigned a stall:

  • DHS employees (for 1 W Wilson and Monona Terrace stalls)
  • DPI employees
  • ECB employees
  • OCI employees
  • Governor's Office employees
  • Lieutenant Governor's Office employees
  • State Public Defender Board employees
  • Supreme Court employees
  • UW Hygiene Lab employees
  • Wisconsin Historical Society employees

An Alternative Parking Application Form must be submitted for the following types of applications:

  • ADA stall 
  • Carpool stall 
  • Management stall 
  • Motorcycle stall 
  • Night stall 
  • Contractor stall
  • HR Shared Services waitlist application
  • DOA attached boards waitlist applications​


Instructions for most state employees​

The instructions included below are for employees not listed in the exceptions section. ​​


Joi
n the waitlist and getting assigned a stall​​

  1. Open the Enterprise Parking App
  2. Click "Apply for parking and join the waitlist"
  3. Fill out and submit the form
  4. Wait until you are at the top of the waitlist to be assigned
  5. Get assigned to a stall automatically when one becomes available*

* ​Your waitlist status must be active to be considered for stall assignment. This can be changed at any time.​


Share a stall​​

Employee without a stall:

  1. Open the Enterprise Parking App
  2. Click "Update your stall share preferences"
  3. Fill out and submit the form
  4. Wait to receive an offer via email

Employee with a stall:

  1. Open the Enterprise Parking App​
  2. Click "Find a parking partner"
  3. Review the list of employees at your lot
  4. Make an offer to share a stall with an employee
  5. Wait for a response via email
    ​​

Employee without a stall:

  1. Accept or decline a stall share offer when it is received via email
  2. If the offer is accepted, get added to the stall immediately​



Instructions for employees listed as exceptions​

The instructions included below are for employees where exceptions apply. ​​

HR Shared Services employees: Joining the waitlist​

  1. Fill out and submit the Alternative Parking Application Form
  2. Wait for confirmation that you've been added to the waitlist
  3. Use the Enterprise Parking App to update your waitlist status or stall share preferences
  4. See the "Instructions for most state employees" section above for more information

DHS, OCI, DPI, Gov, Lt. Gov, Supreme Court, UW Hygiene Lab employees: Getting assigned to a stall​

  1. Contact your parking coordinator to get added to the waitlist for your agency and lot
  2. Wait until you reach the top of the waitlist
  3. Get assigned to a stall when one becomes available and your parking coordinator submits a form
