NOTE: An eBuilder account is not required to view selection opportunities and submit letters of interest.
eBuilder Monthly and Major Project Selection Opportunities
The A/E Data Record is required per Wisconsin Administrative Code chapter Adm 20.05(2)(a) prior to the selection process and allows firms to submit key details about:
- Firm staffing levels and expertise.
- Services offered.
- Project experience and specialties.
- Fee Rate Sheets (for small project consideration).
This information helps DFD understand the qualifications and capabilities of each firm when evaluating project needs.
New Firms Seeking Work
New A/E firms looking to do business with DFD must submit an
A/E Data Record Request.
Existing Firms
Existing A/E firms have access to a project in eBuilder labeled ZZZ – Company Name. Within this project, firms must initiate process 62 A/E Data Record (AEDR) to provide and update their details.
Updating the A/E Data Record in eBuilder:
- Navigate to the ZZZ – Company Name project in eBuilder.
- Click
Processes in the "Project Menu" on the left side of the screen.
- Click
Start Process on the right side of the screen.
- Select
62 A/E Data Record (AEDR) from the list.
- Click
Start AEDR at the bottom of the box.
- Provide the required information.
Click
Submit.
