Instructions for Uploading Solicitations in eBuilder
NOTE: Please be sure to include your firm name and the DFD Project Number in the file naming convention when uploading your Letter of Interest.
Note: 2025 Wisconsin Act 15 increased the threshold for using the Major Project selection process for architects and engineers from $7.4 million to $15 million.
Reminder:
All AE firms are required to ensure their AE Data Record is completed and up to date before submitting a Letter of Interest (LOI) or Solicitation Documents.
The AE Data Record provides DFD with important information about your firm’s staffing, services, and areas of expertise and is required under ADM 20 for project consideration. Firms that have not yet submitted a data record should do so as early as possible to avoid delays during the selection process. Navigate to the AE Selection page for further instructions.
