Small Project Program: $600,000 or Less

Visit the Small ​Project Program webpage for more information. To be considered for projects under $600,000, A/E firms must indicate interest in small projects in their A/E data record and upload a Consultant Fee Schedule.

Monthly Selection: $600,000 to $7.4 Million

Each month, DFD posts selection opportunities on the Cur​rent A/E​ ​Selection Opportunities​ webpage. Letters of interest must be uploaded prior to the deadline listed for the project. The Selection Committee will recommend an A/E for each project to the DOA Secretary for final selection.

The Selection Committee is comprised of five DFD staff and two Agency representatives.

Major Project Selection: $7.4 Million and Above

DFD posts major project selection opportunities on the Cur​rent A/E​ ​Selection Opportunities​ webpage. A/Es​ can view the instructions, qualification requirements, project description and budget, screening, and interview information for each project. Interested firms must upload a completed Qualification Questionnaire prior to the deadline listed for the project.

In accordance with Wisconsin Statutes s. 16.867 and Wisconsin Administrative Code, Ad​m 20.05 and 20.09, the Selection Committee evaluates nominations received based on eligibility and the qualification criteria. The DOA Secretary makes the final selection from the two recommendations forwarded by the Selection Committee.
