Monthly Project Selection: $600,000 to $15 Million
Each month, DFD posts selection opportunities on the
Current A/E Selection Opportunities webpage. Letters of interest must be uploaded prior to the deadline listed for the project. All letters of interest are reviewed by a Selection Committee consisting of five DFD staff and two Agency representatives. The Selection Committee recommends a firm for each project to the DOA Secretary for final selection.
Major Project Selection: $15 Million and Above
DFD posts major project selection opportunities on the Current A/E Selection Opportunities webpage. Firms can view the instructions, qualification requirements, project description and budget, screening, and interview information for each project. Interested firms must upload a completed Qualification Questionnaire prior to the deadline listed for the project.
In accordance with Wisconsin Statutes s. 16.867 and Wisconsin Administrative Code Adm 20.05 and 20.09, the Selection Committee evaluates nominations received based on eligibility and the qualification criteria. The DOA Secretary makes the final selection from the two recommendations forwarded by the Selection Committee.
