John Driscoll manages the STAR procurement team. John has been with the
Department of Administration for 20 years and has been part of the STAR office
since the beginning of the PeopleSoft implementation. Prior to STAR, John was
the Wisconsin fleet systems administrator. John began his career with the state
as a member and section chief in the State Bureau of Procurement. Before his
state career, he spent 17 years in the private sector in the software and
printing industries.
