Built in 1974, this facility has four (4) above ground floors and one basement level.  It occupies 48,241 GSF of space. 

In addition to being the broadcasting center for the Education Communications Board, the building contains offices for the Labor & Industry Review Commission, the Department of Tourism​ and the DOA Divisi​​on of Gaming​​.
