This Hill Farms State Office Facility consists of three sections - D, E & L. Built at different times from 1961 to 1969, it has 260,219 GSF of space. The overall complex is 3 stories high with 2 basement levels. The floor level configuration is different for each section of the facility. The facility houses The Wisconsin State Lab of Hygiene Soils Lab​, The Department of Justice State Crime Lab​,​ and​ The State ​​Records Center.​​
