Constructed in 1993-1994 and occupied beginning in November of 1994, this 4 story facility is the headquarters for the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. The facility contains 118,009 gross square feet of space, and is sometimes referred to as the Prairie Oaks State Office Building due to its unique 36 acre site characteristics.  The facility officially received LEED-EB  Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in November of 2009.
