Freeze 1: November 12, 2018 through November 26, 2018

For transmissions, the seasonal freeze periods
only affect new and existing VPN transmission implementations. Change requests
submitted for VPN implementations during the freeze periods will be processed
once the freeze is lifted. This delay will impact when the customer can begin
testing connectivity.
The seasonal freeze periods do not affect
moving services into production, nor do they affect any other transmission
protocols.
