As of 2:00PM CT on November 30, 2021, the Healthcare Infrastructure Capital Grant program is no longer accepting applications in accordance with the application deadline posted in the Program Grant Announcement.
Applicants and other interested persons are encouraged to subscribe to the Program email distribution list.
The purpose of the Healthcare Infrastructure Capital Grant Program is to provide grants for investments in healthcare infrastructure necessary to reduce disparities in healthcare services provided to individuals living in Qualified Census Tracts or to other populations disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The State intends to award $100 million in grants through this program. Funding is provided by the Federal American
Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
