The purpose of the Healthcare Infrastructure Capital Grant Program is to provide grants for investments in healthcare infrastructure necessary to reduce disparities in healthcare services provided to individuals living in Qualified Census Tracts or to other populations disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The State intends to award $100 million in grants through this program. Funding is provided by the Federal American
Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
