The purpose of the ​Healthcar​e Infrastructure Capital Grant Program is to provide grants for investments in healthcare infrastructure necessary to reduce disparities ​in healthcare services provided to individuals living in Qualified Census Tracts or to other populations disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The State intends to award $100,235,854.44​ in grants throug​h this program. Funding is provided by the Federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
