About Us
Continuity of Government (COG) and Continuity of Operations (Continuity) are tasked with ensuring minimal disruption of government services to the citizens and businesses of Wisconsin following emergency or disaster.
Continuity plans are created, analyzed, trained and exercised regularly to practice worst-case situations. Plans and strategies are designed to follow FEMA Continuity Planning Framework and to ensure the continued operation of essential functions without access to government facilities, resources such as IT infrastructure, data or full staffing.
DOA Continuity Team works with state agencies to assist in their planning efforts and support when needed. This includes working closely with
Wisconsin Emergency Management in all areas where our missions align.
