comprised of several HR, payroll, and benefit applications that work
together to deliver comprehensive business functions.The integrated
nature of STAR allows for the flow of information from HR to payroll and
benefits.

Key responsibilities of the HCM Section include:

ePerformance is a self-service evaluation
management application for managers, employees, and human resources (HR)
administrators. The State of Wisconsin uses ePerformance as a tool for
planning, collaboration, communication, assessment, and monitoring
employee evaluations.
- Payroll provides the tools to calculate earnings, taxes, and deductions efficiently. It also maintains balances and report payroll data.
- Time and Labor facilitates the management, planning, reporting, and approving of time.
