Facilities Management Group 1

The 10 story facility has 284,207 GSF of total space; 79,921 GSF of that is dedicated to a five level parking ramp underneath the building.  It was constructed in 1991 and occupied in August of 1992. In addition to being the headquarters of the Wisconsin Department of Administration, the facility is also home to the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance​Board for People with Developmental Disabilities, the Wisconsin Ethics Commission, the Board of Commissioners of Public Land (BCPL) and the Tax Appeals Commission​.
