Financial Leadership Council

​The​​ Financial Leadership Council (FLC), formerly the Financial Advisory Council and the Financial Managers Council, consists of lead financial managers from each state agency.  The council is covened by the State Controller's Office and normally meets monthly to discuss various topics impacting state finance and accounting.  Meeting schedules, prior recording, contact and distribution lists, and other resouces can be found below.
