After Certification

For Procurement Opportunities

Now that you are certified, we want to encourage you to seek business opportunities with the State of Wisconsin and its agencies. Companies interested in doing business with the State will need to register on the eSupplier Portal for Bidders (https://eSupplier.wi.gov). Registration is available free of charge and allows a vendor to:

  • Register for a bidders list for commodities and services that the vendor wants to sell to the State.
  • Receive an automatic email notification each time a State agency, including the University of Wisconsin System campuses, posts and RFB or an RFP with an estimated value over $50,000 in their designated commodity or service area(s).
  • Receive an email notification of addendums/amendments relative to the solicitation.

For questions about registration on eSupplier, you may contact the Help Desk at (800) 482-7813 or doawispro@wisconsin.gov.

For Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Opportunities

The Division of Facilities Development and Management (DFDM) handles all construction related activities for the State of Wisconsin. If your firm is interested in such opportunities, these are pointers that might be helpful to you. If you are an architectural or engineering firm, you need to complete a DFDM A/E data record on WISBUILD.

Contruction opportunities are listed and updated daily on the DFDM website: DFDM.

Please feel free to contact the Supplier Diversity Program at (608) 267-9550 or WiSDPWebApplication@wi.gov for further assistance after certification. Welcome to the Wisconsin Supplier Diversity Program.
