List of DFD Projects Out for Bid

Welcome to the Division of Facilities Development eBuilder Bidding Opportunities

Creating an eBuilder Bidding Portal Account to access projects below:

Please note that this account log in is separate from the standard eBuilder account log-in used for project access and does not require a MyWisconsin ID.

To create your eBuilder Bidding Portal Account, navigate to any project below which you wish to access documents for.

    • After navigating to the project you want to access (if this is your first-time using the eBuilder Bidding Portal), choose “Create Account" under “Are you a first time bidder?"

      • Fill in all the requested information on the "Create Account" page then select "Register".

      • If you get an error message while trying to create an account – it's possible you already have one and you might need to reset your password using the “Forgot Password" option. Once you reset your password you will again need to return to https://doa.wi.gov/Pages/DoingBusiness/DFDProjects.aspx and then attempt to log in to a bid package with that updated login and password.

        • If you encounter an error that the User ID already exists - you will need to reset your password on the previous screen.

        • If you encounter the "unknown error has occurred" - return to the previous screen and use the "Resend my password" link.

    • After logging into the Bid Portal, confirm your company and contact details, then click save.

    • Please note that DFD will only be utilizing Public Bidding – Invitation Keys will not be utilized in the eBuilder Bidding Portal. You will need to access bids via https://doa.wi.gov/Pages/DoingBusiness/DFDProjects.aspx

After you have completed the above steps, your account has been successfully created and you'll have to return to this page (https://doa.wi.gov/Pages/DoingBusiness/DFDProjects.aspx) to view and log in to view any bid packages you are interested in.

We understand that adapting to these changes may require some adjustment, and we are here to support you throughout the transition process. Should you have any questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our team at eBuilderSupport@wisconsin.gov.
