The Division of Facilities and Transportation Services (DFTS) manages the state’s buildings, enterprise fleet, and real estate portfolio.

  • The Bureau of Building Management oversees DOA-owned facilities, including facility use and event permits and tenant governance. The bureau also supports the State Capitol and Executive Residence Board.

  • The Bureau of Enterprise Fleet manages the state’s central fleet, Commute with Enterprise program, air services, records center, and mail transportation. The bureau also supports the Public Records Board.

  • The Bureau of Real Estate Management oversees the enterprise real estate & leasing program, which includes the sale, lease, or purchase of buildings and land for state agencies and attached boards. This bureau also manages the space management and tenant occupancy services in DOA-owned facilities, provides administrative support functions for the division, as well as operates the State Capitol Tours program. The bureau also supports the Risser Justice Center Condominium Association.
