Background

To all State of Wisconsin non-entitlement units of general local government:

The Department of Administration-Division of Energy, Housing and Community Resources (DEHCR) is announcing the availability of a second round of Community Development Block Grant for Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funding.  The State of Wisconsin received CDBG-CV funding through the CARES Act and funds must be used to prevent, prepare for, and respond to Coronavirus.  Approximately $16,000,000 is available for the second application round.  Applications may be found on DEHCR's CDBG-CV website linked below and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until the funding is fully obligated.  A pre-application call is REQUIRED prior to application submission to discuss project eligibility.
