About Us

Plat Review regulates the creation of parcels on subdivision plats and the correction of faulty parcels of record on assessor plats. It also functions as a clearinghouse for the three state agencies and eighteen county planning agencies with statutory "objecting" authority.

Now available October, 2022: ONLINE Plat Submittal and payment. Save about a week.

Land surveying companies can now use https://wi.accessgov.com/public/Forms/Page/doa-dir/dir-platreview/ for plat submittals and payments. This will speed up the process by about a week that it takes to mail a check to us.

Drop offs and pickups must be prearranged due to security changes at the building (March 2022).
