Seasonal Displays:   12/1/2009-12/31/2009
From December 1st thru December 31st there will be several seasonal displays on the first floor rotunda.


Capitol Tree :   12/1/2009-12/31/2009
The State Capitol Tree will be on display in the rotunda from December 1st until December 31st. The Capitol is open every day of the year. Hours are 8 AM to 6 PM weekdays and 8 AM to 4 PM weekends and holidays.


Capitol Tree Lighting:   12/4/2009
The Capitol tree will be lit in a ceremony on Friday, December 4 at 11:45 AM in the Capitol Rotunda.


Kiwanis Holiday Pageant:   12/6/2009
The Madison West Kiwanis Club sponsors the 86th annual Capitol pageant on first floor rotunda on Sunday December 6. Performances are at 4:15 pm and 5:15pm.


Interfaith Awareness display and ceremony:   12/10/2009
Interfaith Awareness will sponsor a display in the Capitol Rotunda about world religions from December 7 - 11, There will be a ceremony with music at noon on Thursday December 10.


Monroe High School Madrigal Singers:   12/11/2009
On Friday December 11th the Monroe High School Madrigal Singers will perform in the Captiol Rotunda from 12:00pm until 1:00pm.


F.L.A.M.E. Holiday Concert:   12/12/2009
FLAME (Families Learning Art, Music and Education) will be performing a holiday concert on Saturday December 12th in the Capitol rotunda at 10:00am.


Madison Community Orchestra :   12/13/2009
The Madison Community Orchestra will perform their annual Holiday Concert at the Capitol on Sunday December 13th at 1:00pm in the rotunda.


The Madison Brass :   12/19/2009
The Madison Brass will perform on Saturday December 19th in the Captiol rotunda at 11:00am.


Hot Cross Bones Musical Performance:   12/19/2009
Hot Cross Bones will perform on Saturday December 19th on the first floor Capitol Rotunda at 1:00pm.


Brassworks Brass Quintet:   12/20/2009
Brassworks Brass Quintet will perform a concert of holiday music on Sunday December 20 on the first floor Capitol rotunda at 1:00pm.


American Red Cross Blood Drive:   12/28/2009-12/30/2009
The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive on the first floor Capitol rotunda on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, December 28 - 30 from 9:30am until 3:30pm each day.


Fireworks Display:   12/31/2009
On December 31st, a New Year firework display,courtesy of U.S. Bank, will be at 10:05pm near the Capitol Square. The Square will be closed at 6:00pm until 10:30pm for the viewing of the Fireworks.
