We recently unveiled a new and improved system for renewing your raffle license online.   The new system has a modern look and feel to it and includes several new features:

  • Faster turnaround time than a paper application

  • Ability to renew multiple licenses with one payment

  • Print or Download your license anytime

  • Email reminders of your license expiration date

Most raffle licenses can be renewed online. In order to use the system, you will need to create an account.  If you already created an account, please login to file your raffle renewal and report. Follow the instructions on each page and provide the required information.

Please note that your raffle license must have expired within the last 30 days or be set to expire in the next 60 days to renew on-line and that the total number of raffles conducted must not exceed 365.

The laws that govern raffles have changed, effective July 1, 2015.  Please click here for a condensed version of the changes.

To process the renewal on-line, please click on the link below:

IMPORTANT!!  The reporting requirements changed on 7/1/15.  You now only need to report the date(s) of your raffle(s) and the number of raffles held on that date.  You still need to account for the raffle revenue, expenses and profit but do not need to report it to the Division of Gaming unless specifically requested by us.

If your license expired prior to 7/1/15, please click on this link to print a copy of the renewal report to complete by hand and mail in. Raffle Report/Renewal prior to 7/1/15.  A pdf-fillable form is also available by clicking here.

Printing Class A Raffle Tickets:
If you need to print Class A raffle tickets, please use your current license number.  As long as your license is valid at the time of printing, you may print your Class A raffle tickets with that current number, even if your drawing is after the expiration date.  Be sure to file your renewal prior to the expiration date so there is not a gap in your license periods.
If your license is expired you MUST wait for the renewed license number to be issued before printing tickets.
