 Agenda Request Form 

This form is to be used to request time on the agenda of the monthly ITDC general membership meeting. Requests will be reviewed, approved and prioritized by the ITDC Executive Committee. In some cases, the ITDC Executive Committee may deny a request or suggest that another venue may be more appropriate.

Deadlines and Meeting Materials: The general membership of the ITDC meets regularly on the first Wednesday of each month. Meetings are occasionally rescheduled to the second Wednesday of the month to avoid conflicts with other events. Requests must be submitted to the Secretary of the ITDC by the first Friday of the month to be considered for the following month's meeting.

Any meeting materials, including handouts and PowerPoint presentations, must be submitted with the request. Instructions on submitting materials will be provided after completing this form. Notice of request acceptance or denial will be given by the Secretary of the ITDC at least one week prior to the next ITDC meeting.
