Gaming Facility Patron Disputes

How do I file a complaint about a Tribal gaming facility?

Wisconsin Tribal gaming facilities are operated and regulated under the terms of negotiated Compacts between the eleven federally-recognized Wisconsin Tribes and the State of Wisconsin as well as the federal Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA).  The Compacts require that each Tribe establish and maintain a resolution process for patron disputes at their respective gaming facilities.

As sovereign nations, Tribes and their independent gaming commissions have the primary responsibility for the resolution of patron disputes.  Patrons must follow the established Tribal process at each gaming facility for the resolution of disputes.

For Tribal gaming commission contact information or assistance with a patron dispute already filed with a Tribal gaming commission or gaming facility, patrons may contact the Office of Indian Gaming and Regulatory Compliance (OIGRC) by clicking on this link: Patron Disputes.
